You can request deletion here, including if you have already uninstalled the app. If you can still sign in, you can also do it from inside the app — Security → Delete my account, or Settings → Delete workspace for owners.

What gets deleted

When your request is verified we permanently delete your account and its associated data — inspections, surveys, client records, properties, photos and documents — from our live systems. Residual copies then clear from encrypted database backups within about 7 days, and deleted files are permanently removed from object storage within about 30 days, in the ordinary course of backup and version rotation.

What we keep, and why

Only the records we are legally required to keep — for example billing and tax records, retained for the statutory period, typically six years — and a minimal record of the deletion itself. We do not keep your fire-safety inspection records after deletion.

Deletion is permanent. If you need your records, download a workspace archive and the reports you want to keep before requesting deletion — there is no request process.
