What you will see
Generate the inspection report, then share it through a portal your clients log into — no email chains, no chasing.
The app has been updated since, so some screens may look a little different today.
In this area, Fire Door App can:
- Design your own fire door, fire stopping or fire risk assessment report, page by page, from a ready-made design or a blank page
- Drop in facts that bring their own headings, ready-made blocks and your own saved blocks, with one header and footer for every page
- Give each client the report design you choose. Clients without one get your standard report
- Put your logo and company details on everything a client sees, and trim or crop the logo in the app
- Show your company name where the logo goes until you add one, or a “Your logo” box if you prefer
- Write email templates in plain English, watch the preview as you type, and send yourself a test
- Keep page numbers right however long the report
- Add a Recommended actions page to the inspection and survey reports, listing what each failed door or item needs
- Preview a completion report before issuing it, then re-download the issued one unchanged
- Publish an evidence pack for a door you installed, and a bundle for the whole property
- Print QR labels on 12 mm tape, label rolls or an A4 sheet, in the label design you choose
- Issue a fire risk assessment report that is locked once issued, with any change made as a new version
QR label sheets are PDFs too, but they carry no terms — they are labels.
