Yes - full access, no card required. The 7-day trial gives you the complete platform with no features gated or time-limited modules. Run a real building end-to-end, generate outputs and review the portal view before you commit. No card is required at any point during the trial period.
Yes - you can move between Seat and Usage without losing any data. If your delivery pattern changes - a quiet period, a spike of one-off survey work, or a team that grows into needing predictable monthly costs - you can switch plan at any point. Your door records, inspection history and exports stay intact.
No - Client Portal access is separate from internal user seats. Clients who access shared documents, reports and status updates through the Client Portal are not counted as internal users and are not billed as seats. Internal team members who use the platform operationally - capturing inspections, raising remedials, building quotes - are the users billed under the Seat plan.
