Yes — two ways. The cleaner one is to invite them into your workspace as an inspector: they capture directly in your system, the record is native and yours, and you revoke their access the moment the contract changes. When an inspector insists on their own app, keep them on it — when they email over their PDF, upload it through Import PDF, we extract the property, doors, components, pass/fail and notes for review, and you commit it to the master record.
