Does the survey app work offline on site? Platform
Yes — survey capture is offline-first. You can survey a whole building with no signal, then sync everything when you get back to the van or the office. Photos, defects and door records all wait safely in the app.
How professional does the PDF report look? Platform
It is branded with your logo and colours, includes photos inline next to each defect, and reads like a proper client report — not a raw data dump. You can see real examples on the example outputs page.
Can I attach multiple photos to a single defect? Platform
Yes — there is no per-defect photo limit. Many surveyors take 3–6 photos per door (overview, hinge, closer, frame, certification label, defect close-up). All of them appear inline in the PDF in the order they were taken.
Can the surveyor capture a signature on site? Platform
Yes. Surveyor signatures can be captured against the door record with a timestamp and the user account. The signature appears on the PDF export and is part of the change history.
Do I need a card to start the trial? Trial
