What we extract

Property name + address
Inspector name + inspection date
Door locations
Component pass/fail + notes where available

Billing

Seat plan: unlimited imports, no per-door charges.
Usage plan: first 10 uploads free, then £1 per attempt. Committed doors billed at £0.50 per door.
Duplicates count as separate attempts.

Good to know

Nothing is saved until you confirm on the review screen.
Confidence is capped at 90% and is a guide only.
"Request template setup" creates a support ticket at a fixed price.
