Yes - full access, no card required. The 7-day trial gives you the complete platform — both workspaces — with no features gated or time-limited modules. Run a real building end-to-end, generate outputs and review the portal view before you commit. No card is required at any point during the trial period.
Yes - you can move between Seat and Usage without losing any data. If your delivery pattern changes - a quiet period, a spike of one-off survey work, or a team that grows into needing predictable monthly costs - you can switch plan at any point. Your door records, penetration register, inspection history and exports stay intact.
No - Client Portal access is separate from internal user seats. Clients who access shared documents, reports and status updates through the Client Portal are not counted as internal users and are not billed as seats. Internal team members who use the platform operationally - capturing inspections or surveys, raising remedials, building quotes - are the users billed under the Seat plan.
Compliance PDFs are always free. Commercial PDFs are £0.75 each. Compliance outputs stay free in both workspaces: fire door inspection reports, per-door evidence packs and fire-stopping survey reports never incur a PDF fee. Commercial outputs — quote PDFs (including fire door quotes), invoice PDFs and RAMS documents — are billed at £0.75 per document. Sending the same document by email after downloading it is free: each document is deduped so you only pay once regardless of the delivery channel.
Nothing extra on Seat. £0.75 per penetration logged on Usage. On the Seat plan, Fire Stopping is simply included — no usage charges at all. On the Usage plan it is £0.75 per penetration logged; survey report PDFs are free and RAMs packs are £0.75 each, the same rate as every commercial PDF.
No - one account, one subscription, both workspaces. Fire Doors and Fire Stopping are two workspaces on the same platform, switched from the top bar. Your team, clients and billing are shared; each workspace keeps its own property records and registers. There is no separate licence, module fee or per-workspace subscription - and clients never pay or count as seats.
Yes - a 1% pay-now fee on client-paid invoices. When a client settles an invoice through the portal's pay-now link, a 1% fee applies to that payment. Invoices you collect outside the platform carry no fee. The pay-now option exists to get you paid faster; you can simply not offer it if you prefer.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where required. If you have specific procurement or invoicing requirements, contact usbefore signing up and we can help.
No seat cap, and we tailor volume pricing for bigger teams. The Seat plan scales to any team size — there is no cap, and Client Portal users are never billed as seats.
