We never email your password

Reset links are time-limited and single-use. If you didn’t ask for a reset, you can ignore the email.

How password reset works

Request a link — use the email on your workspace account (and workspace key if you have more than one)
Open the email — check spam or promotions folders; the link expires after a short window
Set a new password — choose a strong password; your old password stops working once the new one is saved
Sign in again — use the new password on every device where you use the workspace
