Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up with just an email and password — your 7-day trial begins immediately. You only add a card if you decide to keep using the workspace after the trial.

How are penetrations billed?

On the Seat plan, nothing extra — log unlimited penetrations. On the Usage plan it's £0.75 per penetration committed to a survey (one flat rate, no first / re-survey split). Survey reports and evidence packs are always free.

Can I run fire doors and fire stopping together?

Yes. Both workspaces are included on every plan — switch between them from the workspace toggle in the top bar. One login, one bill, one client portal.

What happens when my 7-day trial ends?

Nothing automatic. We'll email you a few days before the trial ends. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and add a card to keep going — or do nothing and your workspace switches to read-only. No surprise charges.

Does it work without internet?

Yes — capturing penetrations, photos, and tested-system references works fully offline. Everything queues on the device and uploads automatically when you reconnect.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export every survey, penetration register, and PDF as CSV or ZIP from the Integrations → Exports panel. Cancelled accounts retain read-only access for 30 days before deletion.
