Do I need a credit card to start?

What happens when my 7-day trial ends?

Nothing automatic. We'll email you a few days before the trial ends. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and add a card to keep going — or do nothing and your workspace switches to read-only for 30 days so you can still export everything. No surprise charges, no auto-conversions.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. Change plan from your Billing settings any time. We'll prorate the difference at your next renewal — no penalties, no awkward emails.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export every inspection, quote, invoice, and PDF as CSV or ZIP from the Integrations → Exports panel. Cancelled accounts retain read-only access for 30 days before deletion.

Does it work without internet?

Yes — capture, photos, and door-level data work fully offline. Everything queues on the device and uploads automatically when you reconnect.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are running their first inspection within 15 minutes. We'll walk you through workspace branding, door presets, and rate defaults the moment you sign up.

Do I need separate Stripe / Xero accounts?

You'll need your own Stripe account to take card payments (free to set up). Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks, and HubSpot are optional and connect via the Integrations page.
