2FA is on for your account. You can switch between authenticator app and email codes; trusted devices are cleared when the method changes.

Recovery codes

Each code works once. They are the only way back into your account if you lose your phone — store them somewhere other than the device running your authenticator.

Trusted devices

A trusted device skips the 2FA prompt for 7 days. Forgetting them makes every device ask for a code again on its next sign-in.

Turning 2FA off is blocked

Workspace policy currently requires two-factor authentication.

Access policy

Owner only
Require 2FA for all users

Everyone in this workspace must enable two-factor authentication before they can open it.

Users are redirected to Security until 2FA is enabled. Client portal users are not affected.

Calendar export

On

A private subscribe link for your scheduled visits. Anyone with the link can read your schedule, so treat it like a password and rotate it if it is ever shared by mistake.

How to subscribe
  • Google Calendar: Add calendar from URL.
  • Apple Calendar: Add subscription calendar.
  • Treat the link like a password.

Delete my account

Permanently deletes your personal account and signs you out. Your name, email, profile photo and signature are erased. Inspections and other work you recorded stay in the workspace under an anonymised user. This cannot be undone.

If you are the only owner, delete the whole workspace instead from Settings → Delete workspace.
